HOW OUR PRODUCT HELPS
With our Smart Lamp:
- can turn 'on' and 'off' the lamp easily
- the lecturer do not have to bother their student to 'off' the lamp
- the lamp will 'off' if the class is not in used
- save up the energy
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
SOME SITUATIONS RELATED TO OUR PRODUCT
1) In Classroom
· When lecturer used slide and projector during their presentation, the lamp in front must be switched off. After a while, when they want to use white board the front lamp must be switched on back. So, are there any solutions where the person near the lamp switch has no need to on and off the lamp????
2) In Lecturer Room
· Maybe lecturer wants to take a rest/nap in his/her room, and then the lamp switch far away from the table. So it easy if they are any others ways to on and off the lamp.
3) To application the engineering especially mechatronics system in our daily works and life.
PROBLEM SOLVING
We have brainstorming some ideas which can solve these problems.
1) By using clapping lamp.
2) By using voice detector lamp.
3) By using snap fingers lamp.
4) By using whistle lamp.
5) By using body movement lamp.
However, we need to use one way of implementation only. The result will be based on the customer need. We will conduct a survey to choose which way will be the ideal and the most practical way to implement.

PROPOSE PROJECT
Smart lamp
Definition
1.The design would be similar to the pixar lamp. Where the light beam is directed will depend on the user's hand gestures: moving hand up or down left or right will move the lamplight accordingly.
2.Smart behaviour occurs when a material can sense some stimulus from its environment and react to it in a useful, reliable, reproducible and usually reversible manner.
